I'm Not Cute, I'm Deadly~!

So here is something that I should have finished and uploaded to this account ages ago. But to be perfectly honest, I actually forgot that I drew this until I started searching around for something in my Batman drawing folder on my computer! What a dork I am, to be so forgetful like that!! But, suddenly there this drawing was -- nearly completed but needing a few edits and a few more details here and there to make it look nice enough to be called completed, and I figured. Well, I'm going to be heading off to the Dallas Comic Con in about a month, (Dressed up as The Riddler no less!) and Robin Lord Taylor is going to be there, and it would be really nice if I had something to give him! I mean, going up and asking for an autograph is one thing, and getting a picture is something as well -- but he deserves something nice from a fan, you know?! Honestly, Robin is such an actual sweetheart in real life, so adorable and easily excitable, and a really fantastic version of Oswald Cobblepot from the series Gotham as you guys have probably heard me talk about before, and on my previous drawing of Oswald.

So it's really no surprise that I love him to pieces, both Robin *and* Oswald, and that's basically how the idea to take out this old drawing from that dusty folder, and finish it up came back into my mind. Well, okay, let's be real here. The idea to give this to Robin was actually my sissy's idea. Because I originally was joking around with her about giving it to him, because it ended up looking so cute -- and she actually really liked the idea, so I figured, WELL WHY NOT, YOU KNOW?!

So yeah, this is rather an old drawing that I did a long while ago, and I'm sure you guys can tell. I mean, it doesn't really have that many details to it -- and it originally just started out as a doodle. I may end up going back and adding in a few more things, like to Oswald's hair to make it look more like my style does not. But for now, I suppose it's pretty all right. Really, I forget when I actually drew this, but I know that it was after an episode of Gotham back a little while ago (Back before the series hit double digits?) -- one where Fish actually slapped Ossie across the face for being a sassy little thing to her, and gave him a cut, because that's where the slash on the drawing comes from. But still, I suppose for something of this age, it's really not that bad. It's actually pretty cute, and that's why I like it!
